Wow, what a find!
Our team came across this YouTube video of early film footage of Vancouver, BC, Canada from 1907. We have so much respect for our city’s history, urban planning and architecture and just had to share. Inspiration for quality craftsmanship and building to last the test of time.
The film was taken by Seattle filmmaker William Harbeck. Five years after taking this footage, Mr. Harbeck tragically died on Titanic as the voyages official filmmaker.
This video was found in an attic, restored and uploaded.
Take a watch and let us know what you recognize from your adventures in the downtown areas he captures.
