Mount Pleasant Net Zero Duplex

Mount Pleasant Duplex is Averra’s most recent Net Zero labeled project.

It is the 1st duplex in Vancouver to achieve this energy efficiency standard.


An inspired team of professionals came together to plan, develop, and construct exceptional homes located on a quiet side street just 2-blocks off Main Street.
