Striking and distinctive duplex in the heart of Vancouver’s Grandview Woodland neighbourhood.
Our Averra Team is pleased to have recently completed the new construction of these two high quality new homes with exceptional design.
While touring the worksite close to completion, a person walking by said the homes were… “a beautiful combination of Westcoast contemporary with a traditional flare; perfect addition to our neighbourhood”.
This project is another bold statement designed by the incredibly talented MA+HG Architects.
These two dwellings provide living spaces that are practical and smart – Perfect for families and couples.
On the top floor of each home is the principle bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a generous walk-in closet and spacious ensuite.
