Initial inspiration for this home was presented as a modern French country home.

With that foundation, Jamie crafted an exceptional transitional home with soft mono-chromatic tones throughout.

• Custom designed wood staircase that is clean, simple with striking white cap spindles and a stunning handrail.

 

Project Overview

This project was constructed on a 30 x 120 lot in East Vancouver zoned RS-1.

City of Vancouver building by-laws allowed for approximately 2800 sq ft for new home living space for the primary residence and it also has lower mortgage helper rentable suite plus detached garage.

 

It was a pleasure collaborating with the team from start to finish on this quality custom home and we take tremendous pride in this luxurious high quality project.
