Averra Developments had the pleasure of working closely with these clients to build this new modern single family home plus laneway in 2017.

The family of four owned this generous 33 x 109 west facing lot in the emerging Fraserhood neighbourhood of East Vancouver, BC.

We worked closely with the active and engaged clients through the building process and are thrilled to see them living comfortably in their 2200SF, 3 level modern custom new home.
