We specialize in the construction and project management of custom single-family homes and duplexes in East Vancouver and the Westside.
A distinctive and graceful custom residence designed by the brilliant Shora Parvaresh of Noble Architecture + Interiors.
This project was inspired by a young family’s desire to build their forever home. It provides just over 3,500 square feet of living area, 5-bedrooms and so much more!

Aubrey Place Modern is a home to raise their children. The foundation for birthdays, holidays, family dinners and endless unforgettable memories. A home in which every member of the family has their own favorite spot; to entertain, read a book, listen to a record or play hide and seek.
Key elements of this homes’ pallet are: natural, high-quality, soft to the touch and bright with a hint of green.

The outside of this home immediately displays thoughtful, yet minimalist details. It is low maintenance and a bold aesthetic.
The exterior is a unique combination of brick finished with a white mortar wash or “slurry” with smooth white metal. This blend creates a powerful eye-catching brightness on this quaint Mount Pleasant neighbourhood street.
In addition, this homes’ orientation and design optimizes privacy and natural light.
Below the surface, a full basement with 9-foot ceilings was crafted using Nudura insulated concrete forms (ICFs). Benefits of this feature include:
- Climate comfort – cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter
- Moisture resistance – significant reduction of the possibility of moisture intrusion
- Disaster resilience – enhanced structural integrity to protect from extreme weather events

The ground level of the home takes full advantage of the of the width of the property. It allowed for a unique opportunity to open the middle part of the rear façade to a private courtyard.
The courtyard connects all the living spaces such as the kitchen, living room and dining room to the private backyard granting a seamless movement between the inside and the outside.
Elevated floors bring in lots of natural light and unobstructed views of the stunning North Shore mountains.
On the top floor a special lounge space “the nest”. This nook provides a bright, private and comfortable oasis. It also provides direct access to the rooftop hot tub and outdoor shower.
