Averra Developments had the pleasure of working closely with these clients to build a stunning modern single-family home plus a laneway house in 2017. This project took shape on a generous 33 x 109 west-facing lot, nestled in the vibrant and emerging Fraserhood neighborhood of East Vancouver, BC. The family of four had a clear vision for their home, which blended contemporary design with functional living spaces tailored to their active lifestyle.
From the initial planning stages through to the final touches, we collaborated closely with the clients, ensuring their input was reflected in every aspect of the design and build process.
