The Project:

A 1980’s 1,100SF three-storey townhouse with good bones gets a full renovation by our Averra Developments team.

This project was updated to have an open layout with West Coast industrial modern vibe.

SHIFT Interiors designed the perfect home for entertaining or quite days and nights taking in the spectacular views.

The main floor was completely redesigned to create a new larger living room and functional kitchen with natural wood dining table built in.

The upper loft floor was transformed into a luxurious master suite with an ensuite and sliding wall panels and stunning city and mountain views.

Real brick veneer was used to unify the spaces and added a dramatic texture to the home. In addition, unique furniture choices added bold contrast yet simple decor binding the spaces together. Clean and functional millwork on all levels ensured the spaces offered valuable start in this urban home.
