Retention development of a pre-1940’s character bungalow in the Cedar Cottage neighbourhood of East Vancouver.

Our Averra Developments Team had the pleasure of transforming one small home on the 50 x 122 lot into a 3,200SF up/down duplex + 1,600SF small modern infill home off laneway to meet the City of Vancouver’s focus to increase density in our beautiful neighbourhoods.

Project features recessed kitchen sink area, colonial white high gloss millwork, sloped ceilings and beautiful open living spaces.
