The Project:

This property was originally a 1940’s bungalow and it was a snug fit for this young Vancouver family of four.

The project resulted in the demolition of the original home and Averra Developments helped project manage and build this modern new house, plus laneway home for our clients.

Our team worked with the homeowners from conception and oversaw the project management until completion and occupancy in 2018.

Averra is proud to have helped this family build the home of their dreams with some amazing professional collaborators.
